The annual Stonewater Roofing Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who are planning to earn a four-year degree or certificate. Stonewater looks forward to growing this program and increasing the number of students chosen. This scholarship is important to the Stonewater family because it is investing in the students who will one day be a part of the communities that we serve.

Stonewater Roofing continues the #ClearTheList campaign for five years straight. Helping teachers all over East Texas and Dallas-Fort Worth. School districts cannot keep up with the demand and that unfortunately means that teachers are purchasing supplies for their students and classrooms out of their own pockets. This is where the Stonewater team has decided to step in a help as many teachers as possible, by buying supplies off their wishlist and delivering the items straight to their classroom.
Stonewater Roofing recently teamed up with Purple Heart Homes to help a disabled veteran in Tyler get a new roof. Kelly Fromm served as a counterintelligence agent in the military for nearly 14 years, but was forced into retirement in 2001 after sustaining severe injuries. Fromm was unable to afford the cost of a new roof, so he reached out to Purple Heart Homes, a national nonprofit that offers safe housing solutions to disabled veterans.
The Tyler Cattle Barons’ Gala, established in 1988, is a longtime mainstay event for East Texas, known as one of the state’s top galas for raising record-breaking amounts to aid in the fight against cancer. To date, $17 million dollars has been raised locally to support both local and national cancer support services including cancer research.
Stonewater Roofing was a proud sponsor of the Troubadour Festival that took place in Downtown Tyler. Inspired by the traveling musician and the huge popularity in traveling to experience the best in Texas barbecue, Troubadour Festival brings the two together for a first of its kind, multi-location Texas BBQ & Music Experience.
Every year the Junior League of Tyler raises funds through their unique event, Mistletoe & Magic. The Junior League of Tyler is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, improving communities through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Mistletoe and Magic is special to Stonewater Roofing, as the sponsor of the Gala, this is Junior League of Tyler’s largest fundraiser to help local nonprofit agencies and community programs within Smith County. Being that Tyler is where our headquarter resides and the hometown of the owners, it holds a special place.
Benefiting: Cancer Foundation for Life + Fitsteps for Life
The Stonewater Roofing team sponsored the $100,000 Shootout during the Legends for Life Golf Tournament in Tyler, Texas. Along with 130 golfers, the team was able to play golf, while making a difference in the community. All proceeds benefit FitSteps for Life and helps people facing cancer.
