It was a much better experience than I expected. The men were very nice and were a pleasure to be around. John, the person in charge, was very helpful and willing to explain everything going on and very interested in any problems that might occur. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone!
Roland did everything he claimed he would do in the initial meeting. I was skeptical throughout the process, but after the work was completed I wasn't. I would say Stonewater did an outstanding job. He is now tackling other, larger jobs within the organization and is working with us on all fronts.

Stonewater Roofing did an excellent job installing our new roof. Later, we had some shingles which no longer were lying flat which affected the performance of the Stormguard. Stonewater came out on the day we called to inspect the roof. Bobby and Chip corrected the issue immediately --no questions asked. They are skilled in examining the roof to see if there is damage that might later develop a leak which would be costly. The agent Rob Hayes and his supervisor both took the time to get it right. They are skilled and efficient in coordinating everything with my insurance company, Safeco. They are polite and helpful on the phone and on the job. It was done so efficiently and expertly. We have a lot of Azaleas and other plants all around the house and there was no damage and or place was cleaner than when they found it. I highly recommend their work and integrity.
