This layer acts as the protector of the structure, shielding against leaks, wind uplift, and moisture intrusion.

With weatherproofing in place, our certified crew installs the selected roofing system in strict accordance with code requirements and architect specifications. On commercial projects, we primarily work with GAF systems, and for residential new construction, we offer a wide range of CertainTeed roofing products. We closely monitor nail placements, sealing, ventilation, ridge caps, and clean transitions to ensure every installation meets structural benchmarks and the aesthetic vision of the project.

Once installation of the new build roof is complete, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with the building or property owner to verify every detail meets our highest quality standards and manufacturer warranty requirements. We inspect fastening, flashing, ventilation, debris cleanup, and adherence to plan; we also remove all job-site materials and ensure the area is returned to its original state. After approval, we’ll provide you with documentation, including your warranty registration.
